I purchased this item, twice actually, for my 2 granddaughters, to be used with their kid's kindle. So far, so good. It seems to be a heavier duty charger than what came with the kid's kindle. Definitely has a longer cord which is better for my 2 little granddaughters, aged 5 and 6, who use their kindles everyday.Works great with the kids kindles, slower than the normal ac adapter as indicated but works just fine. I do wish I was able to plug it into a USB though.Was bought for grandson tablet that he brokeits a charger and it works nothing to really reviewWorks perfectlyThis charger is SLOW. It takes like 3 times as long to charge as the original charger did. Would not recommend. I actually threw it away.Does the trickAfter 2 weeks it stopped charging my daughter's Kindle. I thought maybe it was something with her Kindle but it wouldn't charge mine as well.
